Terms of service

Listing Machine writes product listings for Amazon, Etsy, eBay and your own store from product photos you upload, and checks each field against that destination's published limits. You copy the results yourself. We never connect to your marketplace accounts or publish anything for you.

Your first 3 products are free. After that you can buy a credit pack ($5 for 5 credits) or Unlimited ($19, billed monthly).

One credit writes one product for every destination you tick. Credits don't expire. Unlimited covers every product while your subscription is active, and you can cancel it at any time. A product is only charged when every destination you ticked comes back.

Your purchase is linked to the browser you paid in. If you clear cookies or change devices, email us and we'll sort it out.

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Dodo takes the payment, issues your receipt and handles sales tax, and its terms also apply to your purchase. We never see your card details. See the refund policy for refunds and cancellations.

Only upload photos you have the right to use. Generated listings are yours to use however you like.

You are responsible for checking every listing before you publish it, including facts about the product, and for following each marketplace's policies. The service can misread a photo; that is why every result shows what the model saw.

Marketplaces set and change their own rules and decide what they accept. We check listings against limits published by each marketplace as of the date shown on our rule pages, but we can't guarantee that a listing will be accepted, ranked well or sell.

Don't use the service for illegal, counterfeit or prohibited products, to infringe anyone else's rights, to get around the free limit, or to overload or copy the service. We may refuse service to anyone who misuses it.

The service is provided as is. As far as the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
