Privacy policy

Photos you upload are sent to our AI provider, River AI, which reads the product so we can write the listing. If River AI is unavailable, the photo goes to Google's Gemini API instead. We don't store or log your photos; they are discarded once the listing is written. Each provider handles data sent through its API under its own terms.

Any product details you type in (name, materials, size and so on) are sent with the photo and not stored either.

Listings appear in your browser and nowhere else. We keep no listing history, so there is nothing of yours on our side to leak.

Payments are handled by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Dodo holds your name, email and payment details; we never see your card. Dodo gives us a customer ID so we can match your purchase to your credits or plan, and we can see the name and email on your purchase to help with support.

We use two cookies, both needed for the service to work, and no advertising or tracking cookies:

• lm_free_used counts the free products used in this browser.
• lm_customer holds your Dodo customer ID, signed so it can't be altered, so we know which purchase is yours. It is set only after a payment is confirmed.

If you join the waitlist, we keep your email and your answers about where you sell, only to tell you about the product. Ask us and we'll delete them.

Our server records payment events from Dodo using IDs only (customer, payment, subscription), so we can trace a purchase if something goes wrong.
